IMPORTANT: FOR A GOOD FIT, PLEASE SPECIFY THE SIZE OF YOUR WRIST. Ladies have an average wrist size of 6"-7" (i.e. 'default for women' option) and men an average wrist size of 7"-8" (i.e. 'default for men' option). Material: The cowry shells are all naturally occuring shells. The cord is made of woven waxed cotton which is stronger than leather lasts longer than leather.
